Title: Familiar problem (again)

Now the problem is that the game confuses my familiar as a henchman  then when he dies he is teleported to the temple and i can't summon him again, sometimes, when i reload the game I can summon him but he don't talk to me or respond to my commands.

ps. i apologize if it was already asked, i know that there have been problems with familiars before but i could't find that situation in the forum.
