Title: Question about necrotic cyst

I was wondering if their is any spell that can cure a victim of necrotic cyst?  Also could a dm bring someone back from necrotic termination?

I realized i missed the switch for necrotic termination while going through the list of switches. so i am guessing as long as the switch is off there is no permakill.

The only way to remove necrotic cyst is to die by one of necrotic * spells and resurrect. And yes, if the switch is off, there is no permanent death from necrotic termination.
