Title: A bug with an old character entering a new module

When I bring my old characters such as swordsage into a new mod or chapter，the PRC system prompts me that I have to re-select my spell.
The problem is that I have already learned some spells in the last module and when there are no new spells to choose from, the dialog pops up in a loop.
The same bug will occur with other classes that use PRC spellbooks, how can I solve this problem?
And would there be any prc class using EEspellbook in the future?

Meanwhile, scouts can't seem to trigger Skirmish when charging, is that a bug?
