Title: Crafting XP Cost Question

Is there a way to turn off the XP cost for crafting?  Changing the PRC_CRAFTING_COST_SCALE switch to 0 did not change the cost of crafting.  I tried this with both arbitrary crafting and PNP crafting - same result.

No, D&D always has an XP cost for crafting.
