The feat in the title, Weapon Focus (Aptitude 1). What exactly does it do?

I think it's associated with "weapon Aptitude " feat from warlblade class, that feat alows you to "change" all your focus, crit feats, each morning :p, to a weapon of your choice, if you had ,ie, foucs and imp.crit on a longue sword, using this feat will get you additional focus on another weapon, basically for the price of one, you get the bonus on 2 weapons .. so this one was made to balance that ?!
