Paladins and Clerics. Have as many healing spells used on it as you can. As long as you can hit it with a melee touch attack, then you can damage it that way. If you're in the mid-twenties and you have a cleric, they should know Heal by now.

Demi-liches are immune to all spells (at least in PnP) so healing spells won't affect them. I've learned that builds with Divine Might/Smite Evil are very useful against them ;)

In the PRC the orb spells should work to punch through a Lich's spell immunity, and then choosing the right element, such as sonic should help with their two elemental immunities as well.

Holy martial strike, an epic feat for anyone with smite evil, or a class feat for Fist of Raziel, is the ticket.
It causes every melee weapon the character carries to do 2d6 divine damage to evil opponents every time to hits. Someone with maximum BAB (four attacks per round, or eight if hasted), can do formidable amounts of damage rather quickly, even to a demilich). Even better is a dual wielder (both weapons get the divine damage).
Make sure to give the character(s) as much protection as you can, as demiliches can cast a lot of spells at will.

Well ,all this good advice should really help, thanks all :)

It took some testing but I beat him with my Mystic solo. You need to look at his defenses.
