Title: Swiftblade- A Possibility?

What are the possibilities of seeing a conversion of the swiftblade class found here  (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/prc/20070327)on the WoTC site? I can see how a number of the abilities might be difficult to fit into NWN.

Fixed link.  Also, that special requirement is silly & probably impossible to track in NWN.
