Title: Problem with choosing Spells by Levelup

I skilled a Bard to get the Arcane Master Harper PC. After taking 1 level AMH i get the message to choose new spells, spell level 0 and 1 is fine. But when i try to choose a lvl 2 or higher spell, i only have the option to cancel the conversation, and after selecting this option i get the same and i am in a loop.

Did you make sure you has a high enough ability score for new spells of those levels?

Do you play in single player or multi player environment? If it's SP mode try deleting prc_data.* files from database folder (prc scripts should generate new/updated database).
