Title: PRC Character Creator 'corrupt data' after installing 1.70/1.71 Community Patch

Hi peoples,

Sorry if this has been posted I did not find anything regarding this.....

I am getting the situation where if I install 1.69 Hotfix over my Diamond Edition, PRC Character Creator works no probs, but as soon as I update with 1.70 or 1.71 I get the 'corrupt data' message every time I get to the classes tab. It was also doing the portraits.2da thing also, but I managed to get around that but am stuck with the current error.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Is 1.70/1.71 worth it? there seems to be a lot of changes and I would like to get the best possible experience.

The 1.70 community patch was created by a NWN community member and is not an official patch, it is more of an optional one. I know it was mentioned in another thread on the bioware forum with the creator that it will not work with the PRC without major editing to the 2das and scripting to the patch. You might be better off just using the 1.69 official patch and just PRC.
