Title: Where is Character creator?

I have been searching everywhere for it. The only thing I can find is the old nwvault link, anyone know where to find it or would be able to send it to me? Any help would be appreciated.

Got the exe, the jar file isn't there though, we are halfway there lol, thanks so far
