Hey guys! Hopefully someone can shed some light on this:
So as I can figure there is a movement speed decrease that connects with your dexterity count, but can't find where it is defined.
The movement speed gets added when PCs rest and that seems kinda dumb, since you should have it all the time.
However my module is a hybrid so maybe something broke somewhere - Any help would be appreciated!

The main speed increase over standard is for (who else but the uber class?) monks.
There is a speed penalty if your equip wt is too much for your Str. If you put on a Str boost item, should get back to base speed.
Good place to start:

Okay so it is strength related. It still only fires when resting (Should fire on login) which is bs and only makes it exploitable/retarded.
So no idea where is is set (Scriptwise) ?

Probably hard-wired by Bozo-ware into base code.

It is not bioware. Or else I wouldn't be posting here.
