You make a touch attack against any creature of your size, and if you succeed you take on their appearance as the Disguise Self spell. If you wish, in addition you can do 1d6 Charisma damage in addition to taking on the appearance. Both effects last one hour per invoker level.

I am curious how this works. Once you are disguised, other creatures of the same fenotype stop attacking you? Can you get through the Prison District, disguised as an escaped prisoner?

Also, less important, how long is 1 hour in the game?

By fenotype I mean 'race' actually. Hmm. Or faction or whatever else applies.
