Title: Not getting spells with antipal and favored soul

I dont know if Im doing something wrong but I never get spells when taking lvls in anti-paladin, even if it tells me that I got a spellbook. A similar thing occurs with favored soul. When I lvl up in this class a text window appears that tells me to chose spells but I didnt find any way to cast them afterward. What do I have to do to get those spells? BTW Im using PRC 3.2.

Can anyone confirm it's still a problem in 3.3h?
