I discovered in the Miniatures Handbook that the Healer base class gains the ability to cast all spells with the (healing) subset without causing Attacks of Opportunity at level 7

is there any way that can be emulated with the PrC?

It would add a much needed edge to the class since it gets no armor.

We don't have spell descriptors operational yet, but I think it would be possible with the new spellbook system. I'll see what I can do.
