The PRC manual will tell you the answer to this question.

the manual does not list it. YET the NWN wiki does! and since you list both types of spells (vanilla and prc) I ask. no Word of Faith in the manual too, but perhaps that got removed. and I don't think you would remove a spell unless it was completely impalusible.

Word of Faith has been divided into alignment based spells: Holy Word, Blasphemy, Word of Chaos and Dictum (as per PnP rules). We didn't removed any spell.

No, we don't have force missiles in PRC.

The NWN wiki does not have a list of PRC spells it has a list of the normal NWN spells and some spells from other NWN addons. That specific spell is from the NWN Grimoire (http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Hakpaks.Detail&id=5297).
