Title: dread necromancer

I chose dread necromancer, race nympth. My character only learns level 1 spells and cannot gain after that is that a bug? One thing I've to mention is I'm playing a single non-prc server which I updated thru the updater so I ain't sure if thats the reason..

Some more info would be nice - what is your characters Charisma score, what level, are you sure you are using new spellbooks from class radial menu?
