Title: Spell DC stacking

Does the Runecaster spell DC ability stack with the DC enhancing ability of the Hierophant when casting spells?

If you craft a rune does the Hierophant DC ability effect the rune DC?

I think yes at least when using rune chant, according to my own experiment. Killed a prismatic dragon (Fort Save 52) with a DC 59 Implosion. But when casting Sorrow and Wave of Grief the DC seems strange -- a  bit lower than other Lv2 & Lv3 spells.

Follow-up question.

Does the DC bonus for Red Wizard (Necromancy) stack with the Shadow Adept's (the Necromancy portion of the DC)?

Yes.
