Title: Gender and Character Creator -- both, neither, and other?

I have a question regarding gender selection in Character Creator:  I noticed it is possible to choose Both, Neither or Other as genders.  Does this have any game effect?   For instance, will a gender of Both cause conversations triggered for female and male characters to be triggered, while Neither will cause male and female conversations to remain untriggered?

In-game conversations were not designed to support genders other than male and female. Selecting something else may break the OC. Other options are used mainly by NPCs.
