There aren't that many spells that could be persisted, only those from levels 0 to 3 (+6cl). The one that really matters is true strike! +20 to attack for 24h as a 7th level spell is great! =D

Great int and great charisma aren't there.

Still it'd be nice to be able to select great int/cha as class feats.

I believe I saw something like "use real time" somewhere. Never tried it though.

So, a long, long time ago I tried paladin/sorc/eldritch knight and when I reached epic levels I found out I couldn't get great charisma, only great inteligence (and that screwed up my character).
Is it intended to be that way?

Just tested and it worked!
