A couple of questions you need to answer on your build:
1) Do you want any melee presence at all? If so, Wilder 4+ & Wep Finesse becomes almost must-have for melee. Good Nymph Dex is a great bonus. Don’t forget to add another Wilder level at L39 or 40 to max out Tumble = more AC.
2) Are you going with the Lich template? If so, don’t be discouraged by MAD (Cha, Int) cross-builds and be sure to hold back the CWI feat. If you don’t go Lich template, the Wild / Sorc / CM build for pure Cha is pretty strong.
The Psion / Wilders don't use a ton of different powers, just the best ones almost all of the time. A couple of things re: Wilder power selection: you can re-choose powers with Psychic Reformation. Also, the PRC I think implemented the Expanded Knowledge (1 power from any power list) chain so you can take the best Psion powers: Energy Current (Cold = fort save) and Energy Missile (Cold = fort save, +1 DC for +1 pp). The best psi power is the (Twinned) Ecto-Shambler: (Manifester level / 2) *2 per round, no SR, no need to attack + long duration. Psi builds can achieve uber AC’s (Inertial Armour, Force Screen, Def Precog), which is great with Twin + Max + Empower Energy Current + tons of twinned Shamblers. The main downsides are the feat drain (always need Improved Meta-Psi, Epic Psi-Focus [bogus] to make a good blasters) and fast power point burndown if you choose 1 shot powers (Crystal Shard, etc.). That’s why the Ecto-Shambler and Energy Current are uber after you max out AC. Also, True Metabolism gives Regen capability + Biofeedback gets you high DR. Coupled with Epic spells, the Psi avenue is pretty cool. The psi-focus is a BS mechanic from WotC, so I would just add via the PRC Leto. Q-slots and feats will be at a premium for arcane-psi cross builds.
Would not recommend psi-only (No epic spells) build as psi-pp burn down can leave you vulnerable.
