TOOLSET CAST SPELL PROBLEMS

Area of Effect does nothing. No special activation or anything its basically just text in the item description.

Cast Spell DC - Same thing, and also no table to select how many times per day, which could be the issue.

Cast Spell Caster Level - Same as above

Cast Spell MetaMagic - Same as above

Is this a bug? Must I do something different in its installation, or did you make it so these features do not work.

Cast Spell * properties work as intended - they allow you to set different DCs, caster levels or metamagics for selected iprp spell. You need to set 'normal' cast spell first, and than one or more of the new properties with the same spell, ie:
cast spell: fireball - 3 charges/use
cast spell DC: fireball - 20
cast spell metamagic: fireball - maximized

will cast maximized fireball with DC = 20
