PRC vs. Windows 7

I have been trying to install PRC on my computer to use with neverwinter nights but everytime i try to load a game i get a black screen and the game crashes.  Is this a problem because of windows 7?

It is probably not a windows 7 problem. I am using win 7 and saving/loading works just fine. I tested both loading from the main menu and from a running game, no problems.

Does it give you an error when crashing and I am guessing NWN works without the PRC? How did you install the PRC did you do it manually, or with the exe?

i did the exe installation.

i tried again and nothing.  the game keeps crashing after i choose a character.

Are you picking an existing character or creating a new one? Creating a new one crashes every time. You need to use the PRC character creator application instead.
