I've been using Debug commands to cheat myself up in levels, setting my Astral Constructs as a higher level Psion, and then restoring my original level. The Astral Construct settings stick around, and I can still cast them as long as I'm Overchanneling.
Is there a way to get the Construct settings dialogue to recognize manifester levels greater than your actual level, as with Overchannel (and potentially Wild Surge)? Or is this the easiest workaround?
Side question: Is Boost Construct implemented? It's in the Manual, and mentioned passingly here:
