Looking to form a CEP+ PRC team for a PW

Read 846 times since it was originally posted, and I figger that I wasn't the only one looking.  I made a mod, ages back, with CEP 2.4 and PRC (forget which version) loaded and it worked pretty well, until Time Warner got mad about me hosting a game and wanted to charge me an arm, leg and first born child.  Well, my kid objected, and I'm an okay father and didn't force that on her.  But, was kinda thinking about doing this again, if I can find a host.

Sorry for such a delay in the reply My Real life needed some dealing with so I was unable to visit this board in a while. I am still working on my PW and hope to have a beta release by early to mid 2017.
