Dragonm Shaman leveling

I am having an issue leveling up as a Dragon Shaman. In the prologue when I reach level 2 and go to pick feats I have only a single point to spend (so I cannot choose the 3 auras and totem). If I choose only a single aura it tells me I can only have 3 auras at this level and if I choose a totem it says I can only have a single totem. I am using PRC v3.3 (as well as q v2.2 and the PRC compatibility patch). Any help would be appreciated.

Issue occurs on a new install of PRC 3.5 as well with no other mods as well

You may have to use the PRC Leto to mod the totems / aura's manually.
