Installing PRC with CEP
Just updated  to PRC 3.3f, along with CEP2.2e full.
My problem when building a mod  I no longer have building features such as animals, birds, ect.; some sounds and
buildings. Is this a bug or a compatability issue? Any help for this? thnx:? :)

Palette issues? Do you have an ITP file in your top hak?

How do you even have CEP2.2e?  Latest version on the Vault is 2.2c.
