Seems with the new release there's no way to take EK avoiding fighter levels? Where i'm wrong?

You can always take other class with martial weapon proficiency - ie. one level of Duskblade would give you martial weapon proficiency and light armor spellcasting feat, which is quite nice for EK.

No doubt about it. Just thinkin' my favourite build (Wiz 5/EK 9/Bladesinger 6) is gone forever...

The only way to take EK without giving up spellcasting levels from your main class is by taking a level of Dragonslayer (a PrC in Draconomicon). Takes a couple feats, but it has spellcasting at odd levels (also fighter BaB and Cleric saves) and it gives proficiency in all martial. IMO not worth the feats (Dodge & Iron Will) but you can have full spellcasting. You also have to take a lot of spellcaster levels, it requires BaB 5.

Is the Duskblade/Wizard/EK multiclass supposed to advance both Duskblade and Wizard spellcasting with EK levels? Because it did for me (at least both gained new spells per day, not sure about actual caster level).

The build was like that: start as Duskblade, then 5 levels of Wizard, then start taking EK (with the intent to have Duskblade 4/Wizard 6/EK 10 by level 20, for medium armor spellcasting and 4 attacks from Duskblade). When I noticed Duskblade spell selection dialogs popping up on EK leveling, I took Practised Spellcaster in both Wizard and Duskblade.

So, a long, long time ago I tried paladin/sorc/eldritch knight and when I reached epic levels I found out I couldn't get great charisma, only great inteligence (and that screwed up my character).
Is it intended to be that way?

When it is obvious WotC has completely blown it (target rich environment), why not correct their eff-up yourself? In this case, adjust INT down by 1 and CHA up by 1 or use PRC Leto to swap?

What should I do? Add great cha at the end of the file?

Why not cover future PRC base classes and offer INT, CHA and WIS?

The current paradigm is INT (Wiz) and should have included CHA (Sor). Why not ensure this work doesn't have to be re-done if / when a WIS driven arcane base class is coded in PRC?

Still it'd be nice to be able to select great int/cha as class feats.

The gish PrC that gets Great Inteligence is the Spell Sword, not the Eldritch disciple!
