In the DMG, it says that hierophant levels count as caster and spell levels (though no spell gain).  Like it is affected by practiced spellcaster feat.  Does the Heirophant work that way in PRC?

I ask, because I want to know if I need to take practiced spellcaster feat to keep my caster and spell level up with my Heirophant levels?

I think it works the way described in DMG - hierophants levels increase divine caster level but do not add any new spells/spell slots.

Ie. Cleric 13/Hierphant 5 has caster level of 18 (practiced spellcaster feat is useless in this case) but can only cast 7th level spells (pure cleric of the same level would have access to 9th lvl spells).
