Pact Magic

I noticed that the prc_consortium.tlk has a large number of strings in place for Pact Magic, and I was wondering if a Binder base class is currently still under development for a later release? I was looking into taking a crack at it myself, but there's not a lot of sense in that if it's already being worked on. Thanks!

Upon further inspection, trying to implement pact magic adequately may be biting off more than I can chew right now. I'd still be interested to know the planned status (if any)  of Binders and pact magic though.
