Item properties
How does one create an item that gives a dodge bonus to ac?  I don't see the option.

By default in NWN only boots can grant dodge ac (it's a normal ac bonus in toolset). You'll have to edit baseitems.2da to allow more items with dodge ac.

Also, if you are using the CEP 2, this is already all setup for you.
