Ok I just build a default PRC install in to a blank module and was surprised to see that I am missing many required scripts.

All the hif_on scipts as well as many scripts for them maze, frosted pit and desolate areas.

I am using PRC3.3f2 and patch 1.69

Any idea what is going on?

Here is a popy of the build log.
http://pastebin.com/f1022dfdc

Also why is the prc_include hakpak not in the default PRC hakpak list and should it be crashing my NWNToolset if I try to add it to hakpak load list?

Edit 2: Also where is the script prc_alterations supposed to be located?
Edit this is where I got PRC 3.3f from: http://nwvault.ign.com/fms/Download.php?id=138225

How did you install it? Module updater or manually?

Edit: I fixed some of the errors they were caused be me not having the prc_include.hak loaded. I had to removed "The Maze" are from the module as it was crashing NWNToolset while building with the include hakpak. Still get the following missing resources.

Manually as the .exe installer wont get rid of everything that it installs. That and it does not support custom locations for NWN I have one copy of NWN that I use for modding and the default install in case I mess anything up.

.hak files are in the hak folder, .hif are in their as well, the two .tlk are in the tlk folder and the 3 PRC_DATA files are in the Database folder.

Edit: Just tried using the exe version to add PRC to the module and still get the same error log.

The module installer supports custom locations for NWN if you have the proper information in your registry. I do, and I certainly do not use the default install path. Anyway, you do not need prc_include.hak, ever, to run the PRC.

Edit: Ok here us a question you say you don't need the prc_include hak ever. Then why does a default install of PRC 3.3f Need prc_Alterations.nss that is in the include PRC hak pak.

prc_alterations is one of the files that the build log says is missing. Looking at the script it says that it is need for the PRC spell system to be working so I am confused on why you would not need prc_include is it has a need script in it.....

Ahh you need to edit the registry in order to get it to work with a non default install location. Would be nice if you could just select another location instead of having to do that.

Will try making a fresh module and using the 3.3f installer with it.

It doesn't need it. It's an artefact of how the NWN toolset reads things. The compiled scripts are all already in the haks.
