precaching 3.3hrc2

While precaching for mysql I get the following message
ERROR 1064 {42000} at line 523900: you have a error in your sql syntax check the manual that corrosponds to your mysql server version for the right syntax to use near ''1683' at line 1

I have no idea why but after making 4 different out.sqls one of them actually seems to have finished.

and I spoke too soon! After all day of fiddling I have not been able to get the convo cc to work with mysql.Ive set up 3 servers to test on tried my PW my old PW and a blank mod and it hangs 9 outta 10 times after selecting race.   We rolled back our PW to RC1 which worked once we corrected the sql error in spells.2da but im not sure how we can update currently to rc 2 as is and would love any help thats available.
