What PRC character creator to use with Windows 7?

I've had great success on Microsoft XP with the CC v1.8 in the NWN vault, but can't get it to work at all with Windows 7. Compatibility mode works fine for other applications but not this one.

Any ideas what PRC character creator would work with Windows 7?
