I see that hitting level 15 with a sorcerer promts a new spellbook. how can one unlearn the spells, like it would happen when using the standard one?

I wonder, why the need for a radial spellbook? did the standard one not meet the expectations?

Standard spellbook is used for pure sorcerer build. New spellbook will be added if you take any prestige class that advances arcane spellcasting or take one of the 'draconic' feats. You can unlearn spells as per PnP rules - one spell every 4 levels (i think).

There is also a switch you can set to make unlearning spells work like it does in vanilla NWN.
