are there other prestige classes than the mystic theurge that improve both arcane and divine spellcasting?

True Necromancer and Mage Killer I think.

Neither one of those increases both Arcane & Divine spellcasting.  True Necromancer does let your caster levels stack for Necromancy spells, however.

Someone may want to update the manual page for Mystic Theurge as it only states that is gives new spells per day. The reason I thought the True Necromancer and Mage Bane classe gave caster levels was due to them having the same description for bonus spells as the Mystic Theurge.
