Dread Necromancer Spells

I'm having issues with Horrid Wilting and Acid Fog

Horrid Wilting can be cast, does its spell effect, but does no damage to enemies.

Acid Fog can not be cast at all from class racial menu nor a quick slot.

Also I see on the manual there's more spells then what a DD gets in game, are they coming in on later updates?

Horrid Wilting works fine for me (it should not work on undead and constructs!) and I think Acid Fog never worked :/

The extra spells from manual are for advanced learning ability, which will be enabled in next PRC release.
