I installed the main PRC mod that contains new classes, races, etc, and I created a duskblade, and everything seems to be working fine, but during the prelude I can't find the npc that will issue the 'duskblade challenge'.  I also cant seem to access any of the spells I picked out at the start.  Where should I look for the duskblade trainer?

There are no new trainers added for the PRC classes. Instead the existing trainers have had support added in for the new classes. For instance the new arcane casters can use the Wizard/Sorc trial. I would recommend just doing the fighter trial. I think you can do it as any class in the stock version of NWN. So it should work the same way with PRC.

As to the issue with your spells where are you looking for them? The stock spell book does not work with the new PRC class. They are added as feats to the characters. Look on your radial dial for them.

Yeah I've supposedly finished the combat training but the guard still wont let me pass.  And I found one of the spells, but it says I cant use it anymore today.

The database may of been corrupted. Download the zip version of PRC and extract the files in the database folder into your NWN directory's DB folder.

That should fix the issues with spells.

Well downloading the zip file fixed the issue with the spells, but the npcs just keep insisting that I need to finish the "duskblade challenge".  The guard wont let me pass and noone seems to have any challenge for me.  I already completed the melee and range trials, am I missing something?

Other than you not importing the OC fix to the campaign modules I have no idea what is causing your issue. My knowledge of the PRC changes to the NWN campaign is very limited.

It sounds like you haven't applied the OC fix via the PRC module updater (it's not for SoU or HotU by the way, it's just for the very first official NWN campaign). If you have, then I have no idea what's wrong.

How do I do that exactly?

The same way you added the PRC to the modules. Use the PRC updater, but instead of selected prc, you select procfix.

Well I got it working, but now when I level up it tells me that I can't have more than one discipline/weapon focus, and that I must reselect my feats.  Except, it gives me no option to change my feats.  Perhaps this game and I just weren't meant to be.

Try these OC modules that were hosted for someone on Linux.

Well I managed to work around it by picking a different class; for some reason my swordsage had all of his discipline focuses learned(or something like that) so the game wouldn't let him level.
