The manual says these 2 feats will turn an attack into a touch attack, so there're some questions:
1 Does it mean that even non-psionic characters can take these feats based on Wild Talent?
2 Do I have to re-focus after each of such touch attacks? Or does the focus change the attacks of the whole round?
3 Does the AB bonus of the weapon influence the this touch attack? What about other effects such as elemental damage or daze the target?
4 Are those weapon feats, such as Weapon Focus, Improved Critical, Devastating Critical, Archer's Focus, Sniper's Skill or so still available in this touch attack?
5 Can those feats such as Weapon Finess & Zen Archery still change the key ability of the touch attack?
