Steady Hand

I notice this feat is listed for Justice of Weald and Woe, but it isn't actually on the class list in-game. Is it not implemented, or did I screw up somehow?

I checked the feats.2da for the PRC 3.4Beta and it does not contain any feat with the word Steady in it. I would guess the feat was never created.
