This prc should be able to get some caster progression with a divine class, namely cleric's, should it not? (ref - Book of Vile Darkness)

Yes, it should. The version implemented in PRC has arcane spellcasting progression - it's not possible to add both arcane and divine in one class (NWN limitation). That's why we have Arcane and Divine Master Harper, Elemental Savants etc.

Sorry, no plans on adding Divine Disciple of Asmodeus.
