Title: Casting feats and metamagic for Dread Necro/Warmage/Beguiler

Since the spells for Dread Necromancer, Beguiler, and Warmage are in the class abilities radial menus instead of the spellbook, do feats like spell focus, spell penetration, and metamagic feats actually apply to them, or are those wasted feats in PRC?
