Title: Redspawn Arcaniss subtype

Hey there! I was playing through and wanted to be a Redspawn Arcaniss but to my surprise it's not a dragonblooded subtype. Is it possible to fix this or give them the dragonblooded feat? Or did I miss something in the reading of the description? I think it's super funny and a bit odd that I can take the Draconic Heritage feat for white/silver dragons but that more a failure of 3.5 system and beyond the scope of what I'm asking.

It's not supposed to be dragonblooded - it's monstrous humanoid, not dragon subtype, despite the lore. Blame WotC for that.
