Title: Assassin spellcasting question

I would like to know what stat assassin spellcasting is based on.Is it dependant on nt like a wizard,  charisma like a sorcerer/dread necro/warmage ect..., or another stat all togther? Also, is it all based on that one stat, or is it duel stat like the favored soul?(where the level of spells you are able to cast is dependant on one stat, but the DC is dependant on another.)
