Title: Epic feats and spells question

The dread necro ends at lv 20. However, you can still gain epic levels as a dread necro by taking a presteige class. However, my question is, if I am at epic levels, but am not epic status in any of those classes, would I still get acsses to epic feats and epic spellcasting.(Say for example I was a Dread Necro/disciple of asmodeus or dread necro/soul eater....none of the classes have "epic" status, but I would be beyond level 20/at epic levels...so would I get epic feats still (since I am epic levels, just no one class is considered epic.)?)

You will get epic feats if your character is of level 21 or higher.

There might be a few epic feats that have specific class level requirements, but most of them don't.
