Title: Disciple of Mephestopheles -Flare-

As fourth level ability this is totally useless and makes no sense to me, especially after you get Hellfire grasp at 1st (1d6 to melee attacks) and 4d6 ranged attack at 3rd. Flare is a 0 level CANTRIP that a 1st lvl bard could cast. Personally I think it should switched out for a more level appropriate ability. Just my two cents.

The PRC follows PnP rules, if you think something is silly,  blame WotC.  As much as this gets repeated over & over again, it should be in the FAQs.
