Title: Lasher

To become a lasher you need weapon proficency Exotic but you cant take weapon proficency exotic only Weapon proficency whip
any solution to this?

The class requires weapon proficiency: whip. It's one of the exotic proficiencies, so you can have 'global' feat weapon proficiency: exotic (which is granted only by some classes, and you can't select it during level up), or select weapon proficiency: whip as usual.
