Title: Maneuvers?

What exactly are maneuvers I tried searching all over the internet for help on this topic but find none neither does the link in the nwn manual work either. Do all classes have them? Do you get a manuever for each level up?

Only classes from Tome of Battle (Crusader, Swordsage and Warblade) can use maneuvers. Here you can find some more info:
