Title: Dread Necromancer - Martial Weapon Proficiency

According to Heroes of Horror handbook

Dread Necromancers should receive a free Martial Weapon Proficiency at level 1.

Is this something that we can implement in the next version?

I've already added this to SVN. Will be available in next release.
