Title: Warlock FOD dc?

Ok im now aiming at Morpheme Savant for the Finger of Death spell,but whats the DC calculated from?

Cha? and if so modified or unmodified?

Eg: if my cha is base 28 say and with items its 40 what will happen?

Or does it just act like a scroll type effect and never increases?

Morpheme Savant doesn't get you "Finger of death" spell but power words; kill and stun spells .both don't allow saves, they depends on your target's hp instead so your CHA's mod won't really matter here.
