Title: Modifying a PRC race?

Is it possible to modify a PRC race?  I am looking to change a few of the stat bonus / penalties and the favored class.  Can this be done?  If so could anyone point me in the right direction as to how?

All you have to do is edit racialtypes.2da with the appropriate changes & then stick that file in the topmost hak in your haklist.
